USF baseball (35-20-1) drew the two-seed in the DeLand Regional and will face three-seed Oklahoma State (30-27) at 1 p.m. on Friday.

Joining them in this region is top-seeded host Stetson (45-11), who defeated USF twice this year, and America East champion Hartford (26-29) as the four-seed.

This will be a double elimination bracket until the Super Regionals, where it will be the best two out of three.

This region is paired up with the Chapel Hill Regional, so if the Bulls win their end of the bracket, they’ll face either North Carolina, Purdue, Houston, or North Carolina A&T.

USF is one of four schools from the AAC to make it into the Big Dance with ECU, UConn, and the aforementioned Houston Cougars all earning postseason bids as well.

Let’s be thankful we’re going somewhere other than Tallahassee or Gainesville this time around.
