Nearly four months after decommitting from the class, the 386-product hops back into the fold for USF.

Daytona Mainland safety Andrew Plummer IV is back on board for #GreenBreed19.

After decommiting on February 20, Plummer officially offered his second verbal commitment to USF following the 7-on-7 Sling & Shoot tournament at the Frank Morsani Football Complex on Saturday.

The #386 product helped Mainland to a 9-5 record last fall where they made it to the second round of the Class 6A state playoffs.

Plummer spoke to Chris Hays of the Orlando Sentinel about his decision to jump back on board with USF

“It’s great. I’m 110 percent. This is where I wanna be,” Plummer said. “The only reason I decommitted was because there were a lot of people in my ear telling me to decommit ... to open up my recruiting. But after the last season, I’ve talked to a lot of schools like Florida and Miami and even spoke to Georgia, but I just don’t want to go to there. I like USF. I like the city.”

He joins fellow central Florida natives Demaurez Bellamy and Matt Lee as current Class of 2019 verbal commits for the Bulls.
