How he came to USF: Coming out of Tampa Jefferson, the hometown kid signed on with USF’s 2017 class over offers from Louisville, Miami, Mississippi State, and Kentucky. Helping Jefferson to the second round of the 2016 Class 5A playoffs, he earned First Team All-Hillsborough County and Tampa Bay Times honors.
