Oviedo Hagerty Tackle Matt Lee Verbally Commits to USF Football

The Bulls pulled a rising senior tackle out of enemy territory.

USF went into their rival’s backyard on Thursday and pulled in a verbal commitment from Oviedo Hagerty tackle Matt Lee.

Playing mostly right tackle in Hagerty’s single-wing offense, the Oviedo product helped block for a Husky squad that went 8-3 in 2017.

Lee jumped all over the his first offer from an FBS school with USF first offering him just nine days earlier.

According to his interview with Chris Hays of the Orlando Sentinel, his 3.9 GPA has earned him looks from Air Force and a few Ivy’s as well.
