2017: Redshirted. As evidenced by the video above, he’s had good showings in the spring and both fall camps since he’s joined the program.

How he came to USF: A product of Hillsborough High School, the hometown speed back rushed for 1,801 yards and 21 touchdowns throughout his prep career with the Terriers. Also running track for USF, Bell chose the Bulls over offers from UMass, Marshall, Toledo, and FIU.

Recruiting Rankings: Rated as a two-star by 247 and Rivals.
