The Bulls host the Bearcats in their Salute to Service game tonight.
USF is coming off a 17-7 loss to Temple where they allowed nine sacks, and pocketed two timeouts with two minutes left in the game. (We’ll let you know if those timeout do indeed roll over to tonight’s game.) Cincy rolled over UConn last week 48-3 in a patented “Get Right” game.
The Bulls will likely be without starting left tackle Donovan Jennings who suffered an ankle injury early in the loss to Temple. Right tackle Marcus Norman may slide over to the LT, while Jarrett Hopple slots in the spot vacated by Norman. The offensive line will be the unit to watch tonight against one of the best defenses in the AAC. If they can’t stop penetration, and open running lanes, we’ll be in for a long night.
Wildcat QB Jah’Quez Evans still hasn’t been cleared to play. Tight end Jacob Mathis should be good to go after missing last week due to an illness.
Come hang out in the comments with us!
