Brian Gregory has dipped his toes in the transfer market yet again, this time pulling a three-star power forward who had only been enrolled at Iowa State for a few short months. Anderson received multiple accolades during his days at Lakeland High School before deciding to take his talents to Ames, Iowa.
Anderson’s announcement to transfer took place on the eve of the 2019-2020 basketball season, where he and fellow freshman Marcedus Leech decided to leave the program. It’s expected that Anderson will become a redshirt freshmen when he enrolls at USF and become a member of the practice squad. He’ll join fellow newcomers Caleb Murphy and Emmanuel Okpomo on the Bulls squad next season.
