The American Athletic Conference announced its annual awards on Tuesday afternoon, and it was a relatively quiet day for the 1-8 South Florida Bulls.
However, one bright spot was linebacker Antonio Grier being named to the Second Team All-AAC, the first of his career, and the second year in a row that a Bull was named to the All-AAC second team, joining K.J. Sails last year.
Congrats, @AntonioGrierjr5

Grier lead the Bulls in the following stats:
- Tackles (59)
- Tackles for Loss (5.5)
- Sacks (3.0)
- Forced Fumbles (2)
Grier was named to the AAC Weekly Honor Roll after the first game of the season against Citadel, where he gathered 10 tackles, a sack and a forced fumble in the Bulls only win this season.
Alongside fellow linebacker, and pre-season All-Conference member Dwayne Boyles, both players have been bright spots since joining the Bulls in 2018. USF and Glenn Spencer will look to capitalize on their senior leadership next year, as both will be in their third year playing in the green and gold.
