(Note: Everything as far as the 2020 season is concerned is obviously up in the air with the entire world dealing with COVID-19)
Former Rutgers defensive back TJ Robinson announced on Monday his intentions to transfer back home to USF. The former Scarlet Knight redshirted last season and had seldom playing time, resulting in four tackles in limited action.

Coming out of Riverview High School in Riverview, Florida, Robinson was recruited by USF, Rutgers, Minnesota, and Cincinnati. He originally committed to USF in early March of 2018, but de-committed in June of that year. On early signing day he chose to sign with Rutgers and spent last season as a redshirt freshman for the Scarlet Knights after appearing in only four games.
He will have four years of eligibility remaining, and it’s to be seen whether he will be immediately eligible for the upcoming football season. Without a waiver, Robinson will be a sit one/play three for the Bulls.
