As the No. 1 seed, the Bulls (15-3, 12-2 AAC) got a bye into the quarterfinals where they will face Wichita State (6-11, 2-9 AAC) at 3 p.m. on ESPN+.
USF knocked off the Shockers 66-48 in January where the Bulls held WSU to just three points in the first quarter, and did not allow a field goal until the second quarter. USF guard Elena Tsineke scored a career-high 31 points to pace the Bulls.
If USF wins, they’ll face the winner of Tulane/Temple on Wednesday 5:30 p.m. in the semifinals. The Bulls have beaten Tulane twice, and Temple once this year.
The AAC final is slated for a 10 p.m. tip on ESPNU. All games will be on ESPN+, except for the final.
