#86 WR Stanley Clerveaux

2015 Stats: Clerveaux missed all of 2015 after tearing up his knee during preseason practice last August. That followed a redshirt year where he recovered from a shoulder injury. Remember all this in 2019, when we're writing about Clerveaux getting a sixth year of eligibility.
Position on Depth Chart: Stanley is the #3 X receiver on the post-spring depth chart.
How He Came To USF: Clerveaux played at North Miami High School, where he caught a total of 58 passes for 696 yards and 10 touchdowns, including a 98-yarder against North Miami Beach his senior year. Stanley committed to USF in July 2013.
Recruiting Rankings: Stanley was a three-star recruit according to 247, Scout, and ESPN, and a two-star recruit from Rivals.
Projected Playing Time: There are a lot of receivers in front of Clerveaux in line, and that's not even counting Darnell Solomon, who isn't on campus yet. Only six wide receivers caught passes last season. Not only are all of them back, but Marquez Valdes-Scantling is here too. Clerveaux has been patient so far, and he might have to stay patient because it doesn't look like he will see much more than cameo appearances this season. Still, after the last two years, merely getting on the field will probably feel great.
