Where Will DoJo Go?

Welcome back to our weekly check up on our favorite NBA Hopeful. The big story going into this week was how Dominique Jones would do at this year's NBA Combine held in Chicago.

What first surprised me was how long Jones is. Draft Express put up the entire combine's measurables, and it is surprising how well Jones stacks up compared other point guards in the draft. At 6'3.25", he came in as the 5th tallest PG at the combine, and had the longest wingspan and longest hands as well. I love that Draft Express has been on the DoJo bandwagon for weeks, and it continued at the combine:

Looking for a poor man’s John Wall? Take a look at Dominique Jones. He tied with Wall for longest wingspan among point guards in the 2010 class at 6-9 ¼, and measured out a half an inch taller as well. Jones is getting more and more buzz as we predicted in an article a few weeks ago, which highlighted him as one of the biggest sleepers in the draft.

Jones also had a great couple of interviews while in Chicago. He spoke with Eddy Rivera of MagicBasketball.net while he was there, and you can find the entire transcript here.

Draft Express also had an interview with Jones, and you can see that after the jump.

Draft Express also credited Jones with being one of the best interviews according to Casual Hoya which doesn't surprise me. He's always been able to come off rather well when being interviewed, and I'm sure that its doing nothing but raise his draft stock as well.

Jones was in Minnesota on Monday doing some 3 on 3 drills and workouts, and accoring to Draft Express, he came away as the best player in his workout, which had guys like Gani Lawal, Tiny Gallon, Terrico White, Jordan Crawford, and Armon Johnson there.

Nets Daily has Dominique coming in on June 4th for a workout in Jersey.

Onto some Mocks! I know I've been going to these guys a lot today, but Jonathan Givony at Draft Express has Jones going to Golden State with pick Number 34. Probably have to fight for time behind Steph Curry and Monta Ellis, but I think Nellie Ball would be a perfect fit for him.

FootBasket.com has Jones all the way up to Number 23 heading to Minnesota. I'd know he would at least get some playing time up there.

The Hoop Doctors has Dominique heading to the Nets with pick Number 27. Bad news is that he'd be playing on the Nets. Good thing is that he can hang out with Jay-Z and Mikhail Prokhorov.

NBA Draft Depot has DoJo coming in at Number 30 to the Wizards. He'd get to back up John Wall/Gilbert Arenas, not too bad of a gig.

Now that you've seen where some of the experts think he is going, where do you guys think Jones will end up? Leave your opinion below.
