USF Schedule of Events for the Week of March 7-13

Good Morning V5ers! After a week off, here is the USF athletics schedule for the week. Lots of events on campus this week, so get out there and show your support (and also bank some valuable priority points for football, if you're a student).

Men's Basketball:
Big East Tournament vs. Villanova: Tuesday, March 8th at 7:00 PM

Coach Heath and the guys have one guaranteed game left. It's up to them if we add something else to this thing.

Baseball:
HOME vs. Florida Gulf Coast: Tuesday, March 8th at 7:00 PM
HOME vs. Florida: Wednesday, March 9th at 7:00 PM
HOME vs. Evansville: Friday, March 11th at 7:00 PM
HOME vs. Evansville: Saturday, March 12th at 4:00 PM
HOME vs. Evansville: Saturday, March 12th after first game

After sweeping Florida A&M over the weekend, the Bulls host five games at the new USF Baseball Stadium. Evansville is coming in for the weekend, and the Bulls host two midweek games. FGCU comes in on Tuesday, but the big one is on Wednesday when Florida and all their fans stop by. I'd suggest getting there early if you go.

Softball:

HOME vs. The Netherlands: Wednesday, March 9th at 5:00 PM
HOME vs. Toledo: Friday, March 11th at 1:00 PM

HOME vs. Wisconsin-Green Bay: Saturday, March 12th at 12:30 PM (at Eddie C. Moore Complex)
HOME vs. Central Michigan: Saturday, March 12th at 3:00 PM (at Eddie C. Moore Complex)
HOME vs. Florida: Sunday, March 13th at 1:00 PM (at Eddie C. Moore Complex)

Coach Eriksen and the softball team continue their month-long homestand as they host eight games this week. After playing a doubleheader against Maine, the Dutch national team stops by on Wednesday during their two-week stay in Clearwater. This weekend, USF hosts the Under Armour Showcase, and the Gators once again stop by to play on Sunday in Clearwater.

Track & Field:
USF Open: Friday, March 11th ALL DAY
NCAA Indoor Championships at Texas A&M: Friday, March 11th and Saturday, March 12th ALL DAY

USF hosts its first outdoor track meet of the season on Friday, while at the same time the indoor season finishes up with the NCAA championships in College Station Friday and Saturday. Good luck to everyone this week.

Men's Tennis:
HOME vs. Florida State: Tuesday, Martch 8th at 2:00 PM
HOME vs. UNC-Wilmington: Thursday, March 10th at 2:00 PM
HOME vs. Penn State: Friday, March 11th at 2:00 PM
HOME vs. St. John's: Sunday, March 13th at 12:00 PM

Tennis season is in full swing, and after losing a heartbreaker to Miami over the weekend, the men host four matches this week.

Women's Tennis:
HOME vs. Clemson: Friday, March 11th at 2:00 PM

After upsetting Florida State this weekend, the women's tennis team hosts only one match this week.

Men's Golf:
AWAY at Seminole Intercollegiate: Friday, March 11th through Sunday, March 13th ALL DAY

The Bulls head up to Tallahassee to take part of the Seminole Intercollegiate hosted by FSU

Women's Golf:
AWAY at Eagle Landing Invitational: Friday, March 11th through Sunday, March 13th ALL DAY

The Bulls head over to Orange Park to take part in the Eagle Landing Invitational, hosted by James Madison. Yes, I know JMU is in Virginia. Just go with it.

Sailing:
AWAY at Navy Spring Women's Regatta: Friday, March 12th at 9:00 AM

Sailing continues their season this week as they head up to Annapolis.
