Junior, 6'2", 225 lbs.
Stats in 2010: Archibald did not play in 2010, as he was not on the roster.
Current Spot On Depth Chart: Archibald was not listed at long snapper on either the pre or post-spring depth chart
How He Got To USF: Ryan came to USF via Chaminade-Madonna Prep in Hollywood, FL. Ryan earned a spot on the roster during tryouts before spring practice.
Recruiting Ranks: Ryan was not rated by either Scout, Rivals, ESPN, or 24/7. Archibald was a defensive lineman at Chaminade-Madonna, and most schools tend to stay away from 220 lb lineman.
Projected Playing Time in 2011: Although I would like for him to stay just for his name alone, I doubt Ryan earns a spot on the roster this spring. Michael Walsh looks like a lock at long snapper, and Coach Holtz can't hold a roster spot for a 3rd LS. Hopefully we will see Ryan next year.
