Stats in 2010: Brandon made sure to attend class and not get in trouble in his first year while waiting to walk-on in the spring.
Current Spot On Depth Chart: Gengler was not listed at any of the five offensive lineman positions on the post-spring depth chart.
How He Got To USF: Brandon came to USF via Kathleen High School in Lakeland. He earned a spot on the roster during tryouts in the spring.
Recruiting Ranks: Couldn't find anything on Brandon from any of the major recruiting networks.
Projected Playing Time in 2011: Once again, I think Gengler might be a roster casualty when the freshman join the team in the fall. With Brandon only being a freshman, I would think that Coach Holtz might give him another opportunity next spring.
