Stampeding Through The Roster: #65 OL Tony Kibler

July is just one day way which means football is just that much closer. Today we meet someone who might not contribute this year, but seems ready for 2012 and beyond.

#65 OL Tony Kibler

Redshirt Freshman, 6'4", 320 lbs.

Stats in 2010: Tony hung out on the sidelines looking sharp in a jersey and khakis while using his redshirt year to get acclimated to the college game.

Current Spot On Depth Chart: Kibler is not currently on the depth chart at any of the five lineman positions.

How He Got To USF: Kibler came to USF via Glades Day in Belle Glades which is that OTHER football powerhouse in Belle Glades. Kilber committed to USF early in June of 2009 and chose the Bulls over Arkansas and UCF.

Recruiting Ranks: Tony was ranked as a 3-Star recruit by Rivals, and a 2-Star by Scout. Scout did have Kibler as the 76th best guard prospect in the country.

Projected Playing Time in 2011: Don't expect to see much of Kibler this season. With a ton of quality experience in front of him, Tony will be relegated to mop up duty this year. Look for Kibler to compete for a spot on the two deep in the Spring.
