Good Monday morning V5ers! We hope you guys have a better day than Pacman Jones had on Friday. On to the links!
1. Greg Auman has some great news on former USF receiver Huey Whittaker, who has signed with the Virginia Destroyers of the UFL. Huey really carried the load for the Tampa Bay Storm this season, but the UFL is a step up in pay and NFL scouts might be more apt to give him a chance if he does well there.
2. The guys at the Big East Coast Bias are looking back at 2010, and seeing how each quarterback did with the Positive Impact Factor rating. It's no surprise that B.J. Daniels finished in the middle of the pack last season. Daniels did have a perfect FIP game against Cincinnati last year. (Note from Voodoo: really surprised how low Ryan Nassib ranked.)
3. Andrea Adelson over at ESPN is finishing up her position breakdowns of the Big East and has the CB tandem of Quenton Washington and Kayvon Webster 3rd this year. No complaints.
4. Bill Connelly over at Football Study Hall has a nice breakdown of Ball State. Worth a read since the Cardinals are the opponent for USF's home opener.
