The other #44 on the roster is one of the newest Bulls.

#44 LB Antoine Pozniak

Freshman, 6'1", 218 lbs.

Stats in 2010: Pozniak played at Oak Ridge Military Academy last year, where he recorded 40 tackles and two sacks.

Current Position On Depth Chart: Since Antoine hasn't suited up for the Bulls yet, he's not on the depth chart.

How He Came To USF: Pozniak is one of USF's few out-of-state recruits. He was born in Jersey City, New Jeresy, and spent three years of high school at Wallkill Valley High School in Hamburg. His senior year of high school was at East Syracuse, New York's Bishop Grimes High School, where he was the team captain and MVP. Pozniak chose USF over offers from Illinois and NC State just before beginning his one year at Oak Ridge, in North Carolina.

Recruiting Rankings: Rivals had Antoine listed as a two-star prospect and not rated at his position. Scout also gave him two stars and ranked him 190th at outside linebacker.

Projected Playing Time For 2011: Unless Pozniak really knocks everyone's socks off in fall practice, he will probably redshirt this year. Although the depth chart includes two new players at outside linebacker (Reshard Cliett and Mike Jeune), the only way Pozniak would likely get to play is if injuries took their toll.
