USF's slow move up the college football rankings continued today as the Bulls moved up two spots to #17 in this week's edition of the BlogPoll. The Bulls were included in 99 of the 103 ballots submitted this week, and were everywhere from 5th (Cowboys Ride For Free) to 25th (Garnet And Black Attack).
