USF Athletics Calendar: September 26 - October 2

This week's USF Athletics scheduled is filled with important competitions for our beloved Bulls. Whether you're looking to catch a volleyball game, or your mediocre football team facing off against the #4 team in the nation, this weekend will be just what you needed.

Of course you know what's going down on Saturday, but you can also see the USF volleyball and women's soccer teams on campus this weekend, while men's soccer and women's tennis hit the road.

------------

Volleyball - Friday, September 28 @ 7pm vs Louisville; Sunday, September 30 @ 1pm vs Cincinnati

Volleyball hosts their first Big East game on Friday versus Louisville. It couldn’t be a better time for the team to return home to host two Big East games. Sunday they lost their first Big East game of the season to Seton Hall. Before Sunday the Bulls were on a seven game winning streak. The ladies will be back in the Corral to host Louisville & Cincinnati this weekend.

Men’s Soccer - Saturday, September 29 @ 1pm at Villanova

After opening their Big East schedule at home, the Bulls hit the road this weekend. On their first stop, USF travels to Pennsylvania first to take on Villanova on Saturday at 1pm. With one Big East win under their belt, the Bulls are ready to add another. USF enterslast tonight’s game vs FGCU ranked #13 and hoping to add another win before heading to Villanova this weekend.

Women’s Soccer - Friday, September 28 @ 7:30pm vs Cincinnati

After a win and a loss on the road last weekend, USF returns home to Corbett Stadium this week with their 1-1-1 record in conference play. Catch them in action Friday night when they host Cincinnati at 7:30pm. The Bulls are hoping to add another Big East win to that record. All they need to do in order for that to happen is to get some of those shots on goal into the net.

Football - Saturday, September 29 @ 6:00pm vs. Florida State University

If you aren’t aware of what game is happening this weekend at Raymond James… maybe you live under a rock or something. The biggest game of USF’s home schedule is going down on Saturday night at 6:00pm. Make sure you're there to cheer on your Bulls… WIN OR LOSE. Don’t be that guy/girl sitting at home on your couch, thinking that it looks like we're back in Doak Campbell Stadium and knowing it’s all your fault for selling those tickets to your FSU friends. [End mini-rant, for now, check back tomorrow for more on that subject.]

Women’s Tennis - Saturday, September 29 - Sunday, October 7 @ Riviera All-American Championships

The Bulls are heading to Pacific Palisades, California to compete in the Riviera All-American Championships starting September 29 and continuing through October 7. Last weekend, the Bulls competed in the Southern Shootout and had two star performances from Alonso Martinez and Paula Montoya. Martinez pulled out a win in all three of her singles matches, while Montoya went 2-1.
