It's time for our Week 2 Protect Your Unit picks thread!

For starters, I'd like to apologize for a couple minor glitches at the bet entry site. First, some of you couldn't place bets on Tuesday because the website was still counting your Week 1 bets towards your limit. This has been fixed. Onto the actual betting action. In reverse alphabetical order this time:

If you paid close attention to this week's lines, you saw a lot of line movement and split opportunities. And even without looking for day-to-day value opportunities, the six Oddsshark.com sports books offered widely differing lines within a day, especially for over/under bets. Even now, there are lines that vary by a touchdown! And there are a lot of underdogs getting big points, and crazy money lines.

The other big issue this week is who Danj725 picked in the USF-Michigan State game, since he was the only one to correctly pick McIAAteamthatshallneverbespokenofagain State +20 last week. He took... USF +24 ATS vs Michigan State. You heard the man: we'll be within three and a half touchdowns! Progress.

Also, I want to give a doff o' the cap to zls44, who hit the first parlay of the season last week. He took the over in both Colorado-Colorado State and Florida State-Pittsburgh, both of which won easily. If you want to make a 2- or 3-bet parlay, please email me your preferences for now until I get the Parlay Builder built. (Software development is hard.)
