Florida- Florida State may not be the nationally important football game it used to be, but it is still important to our pick'em contest.

With only one exception, everyone who placed a fake wager this week placed one on the Florida-FSU game. For half our players, it was their largest wager of the week. And, the choices were pretty evenly split between the Gators and Seminoles.

Also important was the UCF-USF game. Almost everyone lost on that game when USF couldn't manage one lousy touchdown to cover a 12-point spread. ULismyhothotsex was the only player to take UCF.

Let's see who gained and who lost:

Not a lot of changes at the top, though a few players made big bets and fell out of the race. RyanTSmith remains in first, with jthoma11 solidifying his hold on second place. danj725 and iwaswrongabouthowell also had good weeks and moved up.

Randolph & Mortimer Spite Bet of the Week goes to DaGata, for betting 34.22 on Florida to beat FSU outright. That figure is Florida's all-time record against Florida State: 34 wins, 22 losses (and 2 ties) . Guess he'll have to bet 34.23 next year.

Not too many games on Thanksgiving weekend qualify as degenerate bets, so I'll give Floyd's Money Team Degenerate Bet of The Week to iwaswrongabouthowell for betting eight underdog money lines in a bold attempt to leap ahead in the race. Though he hit 3 of them (Illinois, Northern Illinois, NC State) those eight wagers were a small net loss.

Week 15 consists of the few remaining regular season games, the conference championship games, and the Army-Navy game on December 13. Week 15 results will not be posted until Monday, December 15. You will have $250, or 25% of your stack if that would be greater than $250, to bet on next week's game plus the Army-Navy game. Then, the bowl games will be the season's final week, during which you must bet $500 or 50% of your bankroll.
