USF got its biggest win since the Cincinnati game last year today when Bruce Judson, Demetri Burch, and Emare Hogan all committed to the Bulls this afternoon.
The presser is worth a watch for sure, and you’ll start cheering openly at your desk at the 1:45 mark.
We covered Judson earlier, but here’s a bit more about his friends and fellow Orlando-area commits:
Demetri Burch is a 3-star wide receiver out of Apopka with offers from Kentucky, West Virginia, and Louisville amongst others. 247Sports has him as the 67th best athlete in the US and Florida’s 135th best 2017 prospect. He’s on Twitter at @Metrinumber8, and is projected to play QB for Blue Darters this season before heading to WR for the Bulls.
Emare Hogan comes from Orlando’s Dr. Phillips (gonna miss you, Amar’e Stoudemire), 247Sports has him as the 227th best wide out in America and the 255th best prospect in Florida. Notice that’s not 256th or 254th, and that these rankings are not at all fluid. He’s @Foreign_Athlete on Twitter, and is also expected to play some QB for DP as well this year.
Pretty good haul for a USF class that had about two commitments three weeks ago. Now there’s 12 and a four-star in Judson included. That’ll teach you to panic about recruiting Bulls fans. As this man would say...
“Who’s got it better than us??”
Apparently in AAC recruiting... nobody.
