Some quick-hitters as the Bulls head into Cincinnati Week

A few notes as the Bulls attempt to put FSU behind them and begin to focus on UC.

  • The kickoff for Saturday’s game at Cincinnati has been set for 7 p.m. EST on ESPNU.
  • The kickoff for Homecoming on October 8th game vs. East Carolina will be 12 p.m. EST on ESPNews.
  • Willie Taggart’s weekly conference call is here. You can click through and get Tommy Tuberville’s as well.
  • Taggart: “We can do a better job of coaching and playing.” “All of it is correctable, we’ve got to get it corrected.”
  • Announced attendance for FSU-USF: 61,665. Actual scanned ticket attendance from the Tampa Sports Authority: 52,485. Not bad, and if you count the ushers, food service workers, security, players, and all the other folks, you get nearly half that spread.
  • Senior RB Darius Tice has a broken ankle.
  • Linebacker Danny Thomas has a sprained ankle.
  • Cincinnati starting quarterback was held out vs. Miami (OH) last week due to what Tommy Tuberville described as a “tweaked” ankle. If he can’t go against USF, Ross Trail would be the starter.
