Sanchez, the school's all-time leader in tackles, and Nichols join Marlon Mack as the only three-time all-conference honorees in school history.
Senat and the 2016 AAC Offensive Player of the Year Flowers both earned their second all-conference honors of their careers.
Nine of USF's ten all-conference players were seniors with sophomore Norman being the only underclassmen on the list.
