Daytona Beach Mainland Verbal Commit Adonis Boone Flips From USF to Louisville

The three-star guard decided to decommit from USF and take his talents to Louisville instead.

USF football's massive 2018 recruiting class lost one from its ranks on Sunday when three-star Daytona Beach Mainland guard Adonis Boone decided to decommit from Charlie Strong's current school and commit to Strong's former school, Louisville.

Boone was originally one of the twelve guys who verbally committed to USF in that ridiculous weekend recruiting spree back in late July.

Still months away from being able to officially sign, the Daytona Beach product still holds offers from schools like Mississippi State, Missouri, Kansas, Rutgers, C., and Cincinnati, along with USF.

Considering that USF and Louisville have long battled for the same recruits, this becomes the latest case of a kid flipping from one to another. Current Bulls wide receiver verbal commit Zion Roland decommited from Louisville back in May.

Also, some guy named Marlon Mack was once a Louisville commit as well and I think he turned out to be pretty good.

As always, don't tweet at recruits... especially if they decommit. We say this because if you check the mentions of a kid after a decision, it can turn from supportive to creepy real quick. Don't do it.
