The South Florida Bulls travel to Philadelphia to take on the Temple Owls in the midst of their first three-game losing streak since 2015. The Owls are coming off an pretty convincing 59-49 victory over the Houston Cougars where running back Ryquell Armstead (yes, he’s still on the team somehow) rushed for 210 yards and an AAC record six touchdowns.

The Bulls defensively have allowed over 1,100 yards on the ground to opposing runners over the last four games—all of which middle linebacker Nico Sawtelle has been out. Sawtelle is out again today for the Bulls.

It’s unclear if Blake Barnett, who was a surprise late scratch last week at Cincinnati, will start. We’ll know more closer to game time.

Come join the conversation as USF looks to avoid losing four consecutive games since losing the final six games of the 2013 season.
