Nathan Bond of The Daily Stampede dot com was able to confirm through a school official that 18 members of the class of 2019 are officially enrolled at USF. This includes the four early enrollees: McArthur Barnett, Daquan Evans, Jayden Curry, and Jason Vaughn. As Nathan has pointed out in the below, Largo HS OL Raymond Collins will be on campus in the fall.
Per a #USF official, every member of the 2019 signing class is enrolled for summer classes, expect Largo HS OL Raymond Collins, who will get to campus in the fall.

Additionally, transfer linebacker Patrick Macon from OK State, defensive back KJ Sails from UNC, and defensive back Devin Studstill from Notre Dame are enrolled as well. Macon and Studstill are eligible this fall, while we are still awaiting word if Sails will be eligible. Sails is currently petitioning for immediate eligibility due to family tragedy.
I’ve got it on good authority that Oklahoma State transfer LB Patrick Macon, UNC CB transfer KJ Sails, And Notre Dame DB Devin Studstill have all enrolled at #USF for the summer session.
