A Bay area wideout is on the board for USF with three-star Cardrece Mobley out of Clearwater signing his LOI with the Bulls on Wednesday.

Billed at 6’4”, 205 pounds, Mobley fits the build of the type of large, physical receivers the staff wants to mold and develop. That made Mobley a dangerous threat in one-on-one jumpball situations as well as goalline situations for the Tornadoes, as seen with this touchdown versus Jesuit this season.
