The versatile tri-sport athlete from St. Augustine is in for the Bulls.

A versatile weapon has joined the fray for USF with three-star ATH Dequan Stanley signing his LOI with USF football.

Stanley’s versatility as a tri-sport athlete was on full display on the gridiron with the St. Augustine star excelling in all three phases and leading the Yellowjackets to the Class 6A state semifinals.

Offensively at receiver, the playmaker hauled in 42 receptions for 603 yards and seven touchdowns as a senior this fall. Defensively in the secondary, he notched 24 tackles, four interceptions (one pick-six) and a forced fumble.

He’s currently projected to be utilized as a defensive back upon arrival to campus but his ability as a kick returner in special teams could allow him to get in on the action early.
