#32 DB Zach Fisher
Freshman, 5'9", 175 lbs.
Stats In 2010: Zach was not on the roster and did not collect any statistics last season.
Current Position On Depth Chart: Fisher is not listed on the two-deep at any of the four defensive back positions.
How He Came To USF: Zach came to USF from South Fork High School in Stuart, where he produced in a big way for the Bulldogs. Fisher ran for 1441 yards and 12 touchdowns his senior season on just 148 carries, which earned him a spot on a list of "Unknown Ballers in Florida". Fisher accepted a preferred walk-on spot for fall camp last season, but did not make the final cuts. Fisher tried out for the team again in the spring and earned a roster spot.
Recruiting Rankings: Fisher was not rated by any of the recruiting networks.
Projected Playing Time In 2011: If there was a year for Fisher to make the fall roster, it would be this one. It'll be tough for Zach to earn playing time, but Zach will provide some quality depth as he transitions to defense and will help out on the scout team.
