Due to a database outage from Friday morning to Saturday night, the protectyouru.net website was unavailable, and you had to place bets by emailing or posting to the Friday games thread. This has since been resolved, and you can once again place and view bets as you always could. There was no data loss in the database. All bets that were placed via email or forum post have been added to the database, so everything is correct going forward. As always, you may want to double-check what I have you down for.
It was a light week of action anyway, with only 11 players entering bets. Here are your up to date standings:

leavitttown | 0 | OUT |
Our own RyanTSmith moves into the lead, winning his two major bets: Texas Tech and Northern Illinois against the spread for $75 each. (A $10 bet on the USF moneyline lost.)
This week's big winner was snafu13, who hit all four of his bets, including Missouri +190 over Tennessee and Maryland +205 over Michigan. That yielded $242.95 in fake dollars.
jthoma11 moves into first place among non-staff members by hitting four of his five bets. The one miss was Duke against North Carolina, and I think the whole world missed that one. Indeed, Oddsshark shows that 58% of bettors took Duke at -6.
ULismyhothotsex had to make a Sudden Death bet to stay in the game, and he chose... Cincinnati -9.5. For hitting that one out of the park, he gets an extra $1000 to play with, though he is still down $1000 for the season. His place in the standings will reflect that.
Tacoman206's big bet on a money line between two bad MAC teams (UMass +225 over Akron) wins Floyd's Money Team Degenerate Bet of the Week.
zls44 barely missed a three-way parlay when Indiana running back Tevin Coleman scored a garbage-time touchdown to make the final score 42-27. He had the under 67. (I misquoted this as under 65 in the Week 13 picks thread, but it loses either way.) He does, however, win Randolph & Mortimer Spite Bet of the Week for making the Satan Bet of 6.66 against Florida State.
Coming up next week: is it true that you throw out the records for rivalry games? If it is, there are plenty of chances to do it this week. We've got Florida-Florida State, Clemson-South Carolina, Mississippi-Mississippi State, Georgia-Georgia Tech, Tennessee-Vanderbilt, North Carolina-NC State, Virginia-Virginia Tech, Kentucky-Louisville, Illinois-Northwestern, Ohio State-Michigan, Minnesota-Wisconsin, Kansas-Kansas State, Notre Dame-USC, Oregon-Oregon State, Arizona-Arizona State, Nevada-UNLV, and Washington-Washington State. Not to mention a bunch of new, realignment-forced rivalries the college football worlds keeps trying to push on us. We'll talk more about those in Friday's picks thread.
