Notice the first name above: Jimmy Bayes. A 4-star kid that committed to USF early, stayed with them through the entire process, and was the first NLI on the fax machine this morning. THAT'S how you become a fan favorite, folks.

Big Storylines:

Tajee Fullwood was on the fence about going to Cinci, but he chose to stay home.

Marlon Mack showed all that Louisville stuff was just terrible reporting, and he came to Tampa too.

Vincent Jackson Jr.'s Twitter account was all the rage amongst the USF recruitnik faithful, but he gave them a reason to keep following:

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-partner="tweetdeck"><p>Blessed to say that I will stay home and commit to the University of South Florida <a href="https://twitter.com/search?q=%23DoSomething&amp;src=hash">#DoSomething</a> #813</p>&mdash; Vincent Jackson Jr. (@VMJacksonJr) <a href="https://twitter.com/VMJacksonJr/statuses/431065200834256899">February 5, 2014</a></blockquote>

<script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

The big quarterback everyone wanted also signed, as Quinton Flowers heads to Tampa too.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-partner="tweetdeck"><p>Miami Jackson QB Quinton Flowers signs with <a href="https://twitter.com/search?q=%23USF&amp;src=hash">#USF</a> surrounded by family. <a href="https://twitter.com/SFHSSports">@SFHSSports</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/JTWilcoxSports">@JTWilcoxSports</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/search?q=%23flhsfb&amp;src=hash">#flhsfb</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/search?q=%23hsfb&amp;src=hash">#hsfb</a> <a href="http://t.co/PpIDGIx1sJ">pic.twitter.com/PpIDGIx1sJ</a></p>&mdash; Patrick Lammer (@PLamRecruiting) <a href="https://twitter.com/PLamRecruiting/statuses/431081156856254464">February 5, 2014</a></blockquote>

<script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

Tyre McCants had EVERYONE coming after him too, including the biggest of the big boys. He chose USF.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-partner="tweetdeck"><p><a href="https://twitter.com/search?q=%23USF&amp;src=hash">#USF</a> signee WR Tyre McCants received late offers from <a href="https://twitter.com/search?q=%23FSU&amp;src=hash">#FSU</a> &amp; <a href="https://twitter.com/search?q=%23UGA&amp;src=hash">#UGA</a> but said it was more important to keep his word than flip. <a href="https://twitter.com/search?q=%23ScoutNSD&amp;src=hash">#ScoutNSD</a></p>&mdash; Patrick Burnham (@PatrickBurnham5) <a href="https://twitter.com/PatrickBurnham5/statuses/431101210821533696">February 5, 2014</a></blockquote>

But this was my favorite pic of the day. D'Ernest Johnson, a teammate of Bayes at Immokalee, took this shot as they both signed to come to play at USF:

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-partner="tweetdeck"><p>239 To The 813 We Get It, We Get It!! <a href="https://twitter.com/JIMMY14BAYES">@JIMMY14BAYES</a>  <a href="https://twitter.com/search?q=%23USF&amp;src=hash">#USF</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/search?q=%23BullNation&amp;src=hash">#BullNation</a> <a href="https://twitter.com/search?q=%23DreamTeam&amp;src=hash">#DreamTeam</a> <a href="http://t.co/feXFDUrj0j">pic.twitter.com/feXFDUrj0j</a></p>&mdash; D&#39;Ernest Johnson (@Slow_Grind_239) <a href="https://twitter.com/Slow_Grind_239/statuses/431097757672435713">February 5, 2014</a></blockquote>

GET YOUR SEASON TICKETS NOW BULLS FANS!!!

National Signing Day 2014 basically couldn't have gone any better. Denzel Ward could have come here but he had a signing announcement I streamed on my laptop where he pump faked for the USF hat, then chose Syracuse.

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-partner="tweetdeck"><p>Have fun, Denzel Ward!! <a href="http://t.co/WsKRQubkOp">pic.twitter.com/WsKRQubkOp</a></p>&mdash; Collin Sherwin (@USFCollin) <a href="https://twitter.com/USFCollin/statuses/431097402896826369">February 5, 2014</a></blockquote>

<script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

As far as rankings, USF is far and away the #1 class in the AAC by all the recruiting services. They're also 39th nationally as of this writing according to 247sports.com, with a TON of P5 schools behind them:

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-partner="tweetdeck"><p>From <a href="https://twitter.com/Bulls247">@Bulls247</a> rankings, USF is 2.06 standard deviations above AAC average, and a full 1.07 over 2nd place C. Florida. HUGE spread <a href="https://twitter.com/search?q=%23USFNSD14&amp;src=hash">#USFNSD14</a></p>&mdash; Collin Sherwin (@USFCollin) <a href="https://twitter.com/USFCollin/statuses/431113228094291969">February 5, 2014</a></blockquote>

<script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-partner="tweetdeck"><p>At the moment, <a href="https://twitter.com/Bulls247">@Bulls247</a> ranks USF&#39;s recruiting class ahead of UL, TCU, MD, Pitt, Iowa, Vandy, Cal, TTech, NW, GT, UCF, OrSU, WF, Cinci, ect</p>&mdash; Christopher Brown (@Ctbrown720) <a href="https://twitter.com/Ctbrown720/statuses/431105811142557696">February 5, 2014</a></blockquote>
