Sure, we got nervous.
But this one wasn’t in doubt.
Let’s go ECU.
Quick Thoughts
- USF wrapped up its first 10-win season.
- Once again Quinton Flowers and Marlon Mack each went over 100 yards rushing. In the process Flowers broke Mack’s single-season rushing record, set last year. He now has 1425 yards this year.
- Flowers and Mack also became USF’s first pair of 1000-yard rushers. Mack is the first Bull with three 1000-yard seasons.
- Hang on, there’s more. Mack and Flowers each broke Andre Hall’s single-season touchdown record. Each scored twice and now have 15 on the season.
- Flowers’ fourth-quarter touchdown following Auggie Sanchez’s interception was USF’s 10th one-play touchdown drive this season.
- UCF was held to only 67 yards rushing.
- Tre’Quan Smith continues to be a handful for the Bulls’ defense. He caught eight passes for 192 yards and two touchdowns, doing most of the work himself.
- The Bulls finish the regular season with 523 points.
Much more to come from Tampa.
