Four Star ATH Jermaine Eskridge Becomes Bulls First Class of 2018 Commit

It looks like USF’s recruiting momentum has extended into rising high school juniors as well.

Jermaine Eskridge is the Bulls first verbal commitment for 2018. The 4-star athlete from Tampa’s Jefferson High School played in just four games last season due to a protracted eligibility battle regarding his transfer from Alonso High, so most of the tape on him is from his freshman year. And that tape is pretty ridiculous for a freshman.

Eskridge had offers from every blue blood in college football, including Alabama, Ohio State, and Florida. 247Sports has him ranked as the sixth-best “athlete” in his class, and the 126th best overall player in America for 2018. If he gets to campus, he’ll come in as one of the most prized recruits in program history.

Jermaine looks to be able to play on both sides of the ball, and will be all over the field on both offense and defense for the Dragons for the next two seasons. He’s on Twitter at @Iam_Jermaine4.
