St. Pete Gibbs CB La'Darius Henry Decommits from USF Football

The three-star corner has offers from Florida, Oregon, and West Virginia.

Three-star St. Pete Gibbs cornerback La’Darius Henry decommitted from USF late Monday evening.

The Class of 2019 corner had been verbally committed to the Bulls since August 1 of last year.

Recruited heavily by Charlie Strong and running backs coach/Gibbs alum Shaun King, the #BayMade standout was also courting offers from the likes of Florida, Oregon, and West Virginia according to 247.

His cover photo on his Twitter account features him donning an orange UF jersey, so that’s an early indicator of where he’s leaning towards.

For those keeping track, that leaves Riverview safety T.J. Robinson and Tallahassee Lincoln tight end Kamari Morales as the lone #GreenBreed19 verbal commits thus far.

But with several prospects set to visit campus this Saturday for junior day, there could be an uptick in verbal commits over the next few weeks.
