It was announced on Monday during the NCAA Selection Show that USF would play in the NCAA Tournament after an impressive showing during the regular season, as well as their run in the AAC Conference Tournament.

The Bulls will travel to take on the Louisville Cardinals on Thursday, November 21st in the first round of the top right corner of the bracket.

This game will be a rematch of the regular season matchup that had USF come away with a massive 2-0 upset over then ranked No. 5 Louisville at Corbett Stadium. The Bulls shutout the Cardinals behind goals by junior Josue Monge and freshman Victor Claudel.

The winner of the Louisville-USF game will go on to travel to take on no. 14 UC Davis in California.
