Jeff Scott is bringing a highly skilled receiver from the Palmetto State with him to Tampa.
Three-star WR Omarion Dollison out of Gray Collegiate Academy in West Columbia, SC, officially signed his LOI with USF football on Wednesday, coming just five days after becoming the first prospect to receive an offer by the new head coach.
The Bulls beat out division rival Cincinnati for his services.

Three-star (0.8362) per 247
Other notable offers: Cincinnati, Western Kentucky, Old Dominion
Beginning his prep career at Columbia Irmo, Dollison transferred to Gray Collegiate in the suburbs of West Columbia this past summer and proceeded to terrorize opposing defenses throughout the fall.
Per Maxpreps, the 5’10, 175 pound wideout caught 86 passes for 1,621 receiving yards and 21 touchdowns for a loaded GCA squad that took the Region 3-AA title and made it to the state quarterfinals. He topped 200+ yards receiving in a game twice this season, his best being a midseason outing at White Knoll where he grabbed 12 receptions for 219 yards and three touchdowns (GCA amazingly lost that game 68-42).
He earned an invite to last Saturday’s Touchstone Energy Cooperatives All-Star Bowl in Myrtle Beach, where he housed a 95-yard touchdown for the North squad in the first quarter.

Dollison was originally committed to Old Dominion before decommiting back in November. His Gray quarterbak, Hunter Helms, was also offered by Jeff Scott and will take an official visit in January.
