DT Gentle Hunt
6’0”, 301 pounds
Gainesville High School, Gainesville, FL
Not yet rated by any of the major recruiting services.
Other offers: Coastal Carolina, South Alabama
Gainesville area recruiter: OC Kerwin Bell
The 2020 d-lineman anchored the Hurricane defense’s run to the Class 6A state playoffs last fall, recording 70 tackles, 13 TFLs, seven sacks, four recoveries and and interception as a junior.
Hovering at around six feet and 300 pounds, the prospect still has plenty of room to grow physically before stepping foot on campus next summer. Running the Bulls noted that Hunt will be actively trying to get Ocala Trinity Catholic prospect Miller Merriweather-Lewis to come along with him. The four-star guard was also in attendance for Saturday’s spring game as well.
Is time to tweet at croots?
