Australia has produced some of the best punters in recent years of college football, so it’s no surprise that Coach Jeff Scott and Coach Daniel Da Prato decided to dip their toes down under for one. Andrew Stokes has signed his LOI with USF Football and will early enroll to make the trip from Perth to Tampa.

Hailing from the same academy that provided five of the last six Ray Guy Award winners, Stokes comes from a stacked progrum. Speaking of, the 30 year old will come in as the one of the largest players in USF’s current commitment class, standing at 6 foot 5 and 220 pounds.
Not much is known about Stokes aside from a seven year career playing Aussie Rules Football and a few videos of a punt on instagram. He will have big shoes to fill replacing current punter Trent Schneider, who has a career 43.9 yards per punt and owns 6 punting records at USF.
