South Florida head coach Charlie Strong really meant it last week when he told the media he wanted to add more guys to the secondary. IMG Academy cornerback Jayden Curry signed his Letter of Intent today to join the #GreenBreed19.

Curry (5’11”, 190 lbs) is a three-star recruit (.8334) per 247sports and was a one-time North Carolina commit, but decommited from the Tar Heels back in April. His only visit was to USF last weekend so the writing was pretty much on the wall for this.
Curry held other others from Texas A&M, Maryland, Virginia Tech, Syracuse, and N.C. State among others.
He’ll look to compete for a rotation spot right away in a secondary lacking a lot of experience after the graduations of Ronnie Hoggins, Jaymon Thomas, and Mazzi Wilkins.
