Brown comes to Tampa from First Baptist School in Charleston, SC, after recording 52 catches for 1,265 yards and 14 touchdowns for the Hurricanes his senior season. He also added two interceptions as a two-player playing safety as the team finished 8-4 in 2019.
The 6’4”, 170 pound receiver had been committed to App State for most of the year until Xavier Dye paid him a visit in January and he flipped to USF.
Brown offers much needed height to the WR room in a class that adds plenty of it, showing what Scott is looking for in his system.
Brown joins Omarion Dollison as the second prospect out of South Carolina to join Jeff Scott at USF.
