Nick is USF’s fourth commit for next year’s class, and the second in as many days after WR Randall St. Felix committed last night.
Roberts is a consensus three-star prospect from Orange Park, just south of Jacksonville. He had previously committed to Miami, but decommitted last month after taking some unofficial visits to Duke and Virginia Tech and attending a camp at North Carolina. Nick has around 20 offers on the table, including all of the schools I just listed, plus Florida, Penn State, Pittsburgh, South Carolina, and UCLA.
This is a good get for the Bulls, with the usual disclaimer that there are still six months to go until signing day. With that many offers out there (and who knows how many more to come), this may not be completely over.
