(Note: Everything as far as the 2020 season is concerned is obviously up in the air with the entire world dealing with COVID-19)
USF received another transfer on Friday, this time with former Jacksonville University offensive guard Alec Valet.
I will be committing to the University Of South Florida! Thank you to Coach Scott and Coach Mogridge for this incredible opportunity! Go Bulls pic.twitter.com/KHRklWLvHY

With the unfortunate news that JU had folded their football program in late 2019, many of those players were left to hit the transfer portal to find a new home. Valet was a redshirt freshman in 2018, joining the Dolphins program after spending high school in Titusville, FL. He also had the opportunity to represent Team USA in 2017 and 2018.
Alec will have three years of eligibility remaining and will be immediately eligible to play.
