It's another edition of our weekly recruiting roundup, where we check in with a handful of USF's Class of 2018 verbal commits (because it would take way too long to hit them all).
With the season now over for some of these players and the December 20 signing day fast approaching, we're going to see an uptick in recruiting activity over the next few weeks.
In USF's case, that's already happened as both three-star Belle Glade Glades Central defensive back Gerald Jackson III and three-star Davie Nova linebacker Shaun Peterson Jr. have decided to weigh their options and re-open their respective recruitments.
I’am reopening my recruiting back up.

Jackson helped earn Glades Central a trip to the Class 4A state playoffs this season before being eliminated by University School in a 44-21 loss last Friday.
The Muck City product holds other offers from Marshall, Boston College, and Bethune-Cookman, but may be holding out for something bigger.
Peterson and his Titans were eliminated from the Class 7A state playoffs last Friday with a 36-26 loss to Doral Academy.
The linebacker/running back hybrid could very well flip to his other standing offer with Mississippi State, while also drawing interest from teams like C., Virginia Tech, and Oregon.
-Three-star Jacksonville Ribault safety Devon Matthews' senior campaign is over. He and his Trojans were shut out by Wakulla in round-one of the Class 5A state playoffs last Friday, 26-0.
-It was a dominant performance to open the Class 3A state playoffs for three-star Hollywood Chaminade-Madonna guard Sebastian Sainterling and his team. They thumped American Heritage 38-0 last Friday, setting up a second-round showdown versus Benjamin tonight.
Still no updated Hudl video for Sainterling this season but here's some highlights from last week's game. He's No. 70.
-Three-star Port Charlotte defensive tackle Devin Leacock's prep career came to a stunning end in the Pirates' 13-7 loss to Naples in the first round of the Class 6A state playoffs last week.
PC yielded a touchdown, an onside kick, and another touchdown in the last ten seconds of the game to see its season come to a close.
No updated Hudl videos on him either, but check him out auditioning for the Piesman in the week prior to their playoff loss.

-Three-star Venice defensive tackle Tyrone Barber helped his Indians destroy St. Petersburg 49-13 in round one of the Class 7A state playoffs last Friday. They will play host to Braden River tonight for round two.
Through his eleven games on the year, Barber has tallied 94 tackles (ten for loss), eight QB hurries, and five sacks.
-Heading up to Georgia, two-star Atlanta Mays linebacker Antonio Grier Jr. and his Raiders handled Sequoyah 48-28 last Friday to advance to the second-round of the Class AAAAAA state playoffs.
Grier enters tonight's matchup versus Centennial with 100 tackles (eight for loss), two sacks, and a fumble recovery on the year.
