How He Came to USF: Andrew attended Ridgeview High School in Orange Park, where he starred at cornerback and also played basketball. He accepted an offer to walk on at USF in 2014, but has yet to appear in a game in his two years with the Bulls.

Recruiting Rankings: Not rated by any major recruiting services

Projected Playing Time: USF is bursting at the seams with good defensive backs, so it's very unlikely Hill plays on defense. He could get a shot on special teams, but it's more likely he'll contribute on the practice field only.
