USF Football Early Signing Period Tracker

The early signing period has arrived and over the next three days, a good chunk of USF’s 2019 recruiting class are expected to sign their national letters of intent and make their collegiate destinations to Tampa official.

Here’s our 2019 recruiting primer to get you up to speed on who could be signing over the next 72 hours, some potential flips and potential surprises.

We’ll consistently update this post as the signings roll in. Unlike last year where we made an individual post for half the class, we’ll keep most of the happenings right here.


Wednesday, Dec. 19

7:30 a.m.- Juco cornerback prospect Kelvin Clemmons spurns USF and Kentucky for Minnesota.

7:57 a.m.- Orlando Christian Prep receiver Xavier Weaver becomes the first signee on the board for USF.

8 a.m.- Three-star Carol City defensive tackle Malcolm Ray flips to FSU.

8:07 a.m.- Tampa Plant WR/S Leonard Parker signs with his hometown team.

8:12 a.m.- Cornerback Jayden Curry became the first IMG Academy prospect to sign with USF.

8:20 a.m.- Davenport Ridge Community RB Josh Berry signs his LOI.

8:24 a.m.- Raymond Collins, the nimble tackle out of Largo, inks his LOI for the Bulls.

10:28 a.m.- Groveland South Lake receiver Kelley Joiner jumped into the list of USF signees. He was having a tremendous senior campaign before being sidelined with a leg injury.

10:52 a.m.- USF’s current highest rated prospect McArthur Burnett (.8622) checked in as the lasest Bulls signee. The Coffeyville C.C. DB and former Florida corner verbally committed last week.

11:48 a.m.- Advance Prep and former TCU DE verbal commit Jason Vaughn put pen to paper to make his signing to USF official.
